Will a 45mm offset on these wheels work?

From what I understand, no matter what size wheel, you DO NOT want to go any smaller than 48 offset and no more than 53.

It's close, but safe fits fall between 48 and 53mm. Check local body shops for the price of rolling the fender lips before purchasing to avoid any surprises.

I've got a wagon, 17" D-Power TS-05s with a 45 offset, 215/45/17 Kumhos, and the SPT suspension, and I don't get any rubbing. They fit fine with this suspension.

It's not a rubbing issue, it has to do with your bearings. If you go out of the range, you will wear the bearings out sooner.
