Velox Wheels?

I am planning to buy the new Gunmetal Velox VX-6R wheels that are in the Super Street Wheel Guide. Has anyone ever had any experiance with Velox wheels? I wanted to know how durable they are.

I think that these rims come with a +40 offset. I have heard that the wrx needs about a +48 offset. Will the +40 be okay?
