Time to replace tires on STi--Evo OEM Advan's or RE070's?

They don't claim to be a rain tire at all anywhere. They are a high-performance summer tire that probably has the best dry grip of ANY street tire. *****ing about their rain performance is like saying R-Compounds suck in the wet.
Not yet, but I'm strongly considering them as my track/autocross tires next season. I've heard first hand accounts on them from 3 friends that run them though, and they are poor rain tires. They are OUTSTANDING dry tires... but as your primary tires, wet performance should also be considered, and I think there are plenty of better alternatives for people who don't run multiple wheel sets.
