Stock or Enkei?
Which ones should I go with?
1. Should I stay with my stock '02 WRX wheels with potenza tires?
or
2. Should I sell the stock wheels/tires and go with this set of 17" Enkei RS6 with 205 R17 80V Federal tires. bolt pattern of 5x100:

I'm much more open minded than most people and all I can say is, I wouldn't buy those wheels for my subaru. But the problem you run into when you ask opinions is that you'll get close minded ones that you don't want. I'm telling you man, if you like them put them on! I heard it snow in Denver last night.

if you are going to upgrade to 17" wheels, then at least get a tire that is wider. I am going to assume the tires on those enkeis are 205/50/17. You should really think about getting something more along a 225/45/17.
The reason people are giving you a hard time is because Enkei wheels were popular back in the 90s. Especially for the Honda crowd. They aren't really "in style" anymore. IMO, the wheels look fine. I would personally get something different though as I would be going for a wider tire to gain more performance.

Thanks for the information guys. Yes, it snowed all day today too... didn't stick but mannnn it's cold for late April in sunny Colorado!
Well, I just found out that the offset for these rims isn't right for my subie. Bummer! Anyone know of an acceptable offset range? I'm sure there's at least a little wiggle room there. There must be!
If you're reading this and you have nice wheels and or tires for sale, let me know! I'm looking for some good summer shoes.

I don't know enought about wheel size/offset to help, but there are plenty of threads on this stuff. Check it out, you shouldn't have much trouble finding acceptable offsets. I miss Colorado.
