Don't know if the Dunlop SP5000 are available for the stock size OBS, seems to have some good review.

I would have to agree with ya on that. Now if you really have an open wallet then try the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. I am told that those are really good for everything. But once you get them, you will have a fat hole in your wallet. But I would definitely choose the RE950s as a good all around tire to replace the RE92s.

I don't know about snow, but the BFgoodrich KDWS was a great rain tire, and the S supposedly connotates snow...

Pretty good grip in the dry too...
