i have heard of them, but have no first hand experiance, so all i can offer is just my uninformed opinion.
facts:
they are very inexpensive tires, and what do companies do to make things cheaper? cut a corner here, a corner there, and eventually your $300 tire is now $89. the speed rating is lower than most tires of the same performance class, and the treadwear and compound is a little less aggressive.
speculation:
the tires probably arent as stiff and responsive. and the hydroplane resistance is probably a little lower. they may break down at high speeds.

I have them on my wrx....
They are very cheap and not a good tyre at all..There worse than bald tyres in the wet and the dry isnt much better... Dont buy them. Spend that little extra to get a good tyre...
And the only reason i have them on mine is coz i got new alloys and they were on them when i bought the alloys... So im not gonna waste them

sell them and get some decent tires, like Yokohama ES100. they're good all around tires(except for snow) for a decent price. dont want u to regret when u crash ur car becoz of the ****ty tires. tires r VERY important when modding cars.

I have a set of Nankang ns-2's on my rex. For them for my 18's as just a road touring tire. I don't xcross or anything like that, but I will say that they are quite nice. These are the newest tires out by Nankang, and I think some improvements have been made over previous models. The NS-2's have great wet traction and good dry traction. I have a lot of experience with different performance tires on many different cars and would recomend these to anyone who is looking for a good sport/touring tire. They are quiet on the hgihway and comfortable, but the lack of sidewall strength is apparent at times of hard cornering leading me to believe these would not make good racing tires.
That's my 2 pennies.
