How many miles did your tires last? What kind of tires were they and what kind of driving did you do? (track, street, autocross, etc)

Car Info: sold 2012 wrx sedan (sold 02 WRX wagon)
Sold the RE92 with about 1500miles on them. (Hated these tires!)
10000 miles Yokohama AVS Intermediats (love these tires, no longer available)
9600 miles Kuhmo KH11's.
Just installed Sumitomo HTR+'s (need to go to Reno)
All street, no track or Auto-X.
Love those cloverleaf on/off ramps!

My original RE92s lasted a little over 30K, but when I brought them in for replacement the guys at the shop scolded me and told me I should have changed them long ago. I replaced them with Kumho 712s, and they have lasted >55K, but are now as bad as the RE92s (still tread in the center, but the outside corners of all 4 tires are completely bald). I drive somewhat agressively, but not extremely. Almost all are highway miles (not too many twisties on the freeway between Vegas and Bay Area).

Mach5,
I read on another site that runing an unmatched tire (like using one of your spares + 3 new tires) on a limited-slip AWD system is a really bad idea for any length of time over a few days. One of the posters even claimed that if you get a flat you should really change all four tires, if the other three are showing significant wear. Is this true?

stock tires (re92's): 2 track events, and about 15K miles
when i sold them, still had a lot left ![Big Grin](https://www.i-club.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
first set of so3's: 8 track events (or so), and about 5-7K miles (has 40% left - prolly good for another 3 events)
second set of so3's: 3 track events (i think), and a few months of street driving
(still going strong.. well.. sorta)
