Help: Advice on taking spray paint off Rota rims
Hey gang...I bought a set of Rotas from a fellow i-Clubber.
Currently, they are spray painted flat black. He did this because he got tired of the original color, Gold.
I'm wondering if I can use some kind of thinner or chemical to get off the spray paint but leave on the original color which i believe he didn't sand off.
They're Rota SDRs so I think they powder coat...right?
What should I use?
I know if I am able to get the paint off I'll most likely have to clear coat the gold that is underneath as he most likely sanded it a little so the spray paint would hold.

^^^*****...you posted the same thing twice.
They are not powder coated...he told me just a day ago that they are spray paint.
The other rims that are on Thunder's car are the ones that he powder coated.
