does casting make it lighter or stronger, or what does it do worth 2x as much, I kno it sounds stupid but i'm really ignorant thax

Other way around: the forged ones are expensives due to their light weight and high durability. The cast ones tend to be heavier and less durable (hence the C in FN-01RC, the cheaper of the two)
