Fixing curbed rims
Yeah, um stupid move by me. Misjudged the distance of the corner on a right turn when coming out of a parking lot (no wasn't doing anything stupid like trying to drift out of it, just a normal stop and go) and curbed the front and back rims. Besides this solution:

and taking the rims to a repair place, does anyone else have a do-it-yourself repair methods?

yeh, ive done some DIY repairs on my wheels. it doesnt turn out as those pro places do because im using only touch up paint...those pro places repaint the entire wheel.
what I did on my rimmed wheel was first sanded it down to get rid of the bumps. if your bumps are deep, then you might want to consider using some putty and smooth it out. then touched it up with some enamel duplicolor (no perfect match), and clear coated the area using duplicolor (brush, not spray).
it turned out pretty good to a point that you cant tell it was
rimmed from about 3ft away...which to me is good enough.
even with normal use wheels get scratched up, so unless its a
totally obvious damage its good.
