yeah i've seen that sight already but shipping is $200.00 dollars to me here in Hawaii thanks though. Do you know if the USPS can ship tires. does anyone else have any suggeestions

Try edgeracing.com . They're in Florida, but the carry many different tire brands, including Falken. Maybe they can help you.
