Really good winter tires. Use them on my WRX and on my wife's AWD minivan.We live in the UP , lots of snow and ice to play in,

Im on my second winter on ws 50 and they are a solid winter snow and ice tire. The are pretty soft side walls and the treads are not designed for super aggressive dry pavement driving. That being said, I would not drive my wrx wagon in winter without them!! When most cars are crawling I will feel comfortable at a swifter pace and feel confident in stopping as well. Ive driven in deep snow and freexing rain slush and these tires have handled all very well. I drive 30k to 40k per year with 6 months of winter. Northern WI greetings to the UPPER!
