Asap Need help with brembo caliper clearence
Hi, Im going to purchase front brembo brakes for my 03 wrx. I have le37k 17x7.5 with a 48offset. From what i gatherd from the search, these will not clear the brakes.
Will i need to use 5mm spacers or 10mm spacers if so will i need longer thread/stud. Also where can i buy these? thanks alot

You need to measure the amount of space you have between the spokes of your wheel and the point where the hub touches the wheel (in a horizontal line). Brembo has a "caliper clearance guide" that you can probably find in PDF format on their website. That will tell you how big of a space and spacer you will need to clear your Brembos depending on what kit you are getting (328X28 2 piece, 326X30 1 piece, etc.) Brembo recommends at least 3mm of clearance between the caliper and the spokes. I'm guessing you will need a 5mm spacer from H&R (try 5X100 Audi TT spacers) which will be OK without getting new studs for. 10mm spacers should take longer studs which H&R should also make. The general rule of thumb is six turns of the lug nut to be safe. Hope this helps.
