245/35/18 w/ prodive springs on an '04 sti??

ok. i searched and found that with a rim size of 18x8.5 i can run up to 245/35/18 size tires. however, if i drop my car with prodrive springs, can i still run that tire size? right now i got 225/40 size tires. im sure itll be ok for the drop, but just wanted to know so when i change out my tires.

You would be okay with that size if you get a wheel with the proper offset. You want to be as close to +50mm as possible.

On SubeDude websight he ran a 255/xx/17 (may have been 40) on Rota Slipstreams 17x8 with out rubbing... not sure what springs he was using though.
