WRX Wagon Wanted - Motorcycle(s) to Trade?
To make a long story, I'm deaf and finally got my hearing dog after getting to the top of a 3 year waiting list. Since the dog goes pratically everywhere with me, there's no point in my having the motorcycles anymore. I know this is a long shot, and if it doesn't pan out, when the weather gets warmer and improves I'll put these bikes up for sale and just buy myself a wagon outright. But til then, who knows. Maybe I can stop driving this stupid Ponatic Bonneville sooner or later.
1999 Suzuki Hayabusa, Black/Gray (GSX 1300RY) - Has all the usual mods, fastest year, 220 mph speedo, full Micron system, carbon fiber can,Dyno-tuned PCII, TRE, SS brake lines, EBC Green pads, full PAIR mod, small airbox mod, K&N filter, runs Amsoil 10-40 in winter or cold weather, Mobil MT 15-50 in summer, fender eliminator kit, 2000 fuel pump/lines, clutch hub mod, HD springs, new clutch kit, ST1300 battery (much better than OEM) and a few more things I can't remember off of the top of my head. Almost 40k miles. 156 RWHP in current trim on 87 gas. $7,000
2002 Suzuki GSXR 1000 with Stage 1 Velocity Racing Turbo, blue/silver, modified, installed and worked on by legendary Motorhead in Cleveland, Ohio. Dyno-tuned PCIII-R, K&N Filter, frame sliders and fender eliminator kit. 49-state model with 8k miles, set up for daily driving on CA's pump gas and street legal. Picks up front wheel in 5th gear on throttle at 140+ mph. To translate that to car terms, it'd be like burning rubber just by hitting the gas in that gear. 219 RWHP. $12,000
Both bikes need to be dusted off, fresh tires would be a relatively good idea, can be arranged to be included/taken care of in trade or sale. Can trade one + cash, or trade both +cash for the right wagon. Located in San Francisco.
