Ok any one know the back story because the guys voice sounds like the guy from viva la bam that does music videos from time to time with cky. Is this a new video or an old one?

does anyone think big wheels like those on the 300c will be considered as cheesy as this video is 20 years, kinda like huge collars on shirts and long hair was popular in the 70s

it was done in 1977 I speculate that it was off his hit album "Tommygum" also releced in 1977.
