I heard the same thing, that it is really Tiff driving but he can't be shown for contract reasons. Tiff and Clarkson are really good friends.

It's not Tiff, Stig drives differently than Tiff does.

I agree, Tiff is awesome. I haven't seen TOO many 5th gears, but the only time I saw him spin out was when he and Vicky were trying to see if the Vette or the SRT-10 could do the most sideways powerslide.

Also, Stig doesn't match who Tiff is. He's always a guy who loves to toy with a car and see how far he can push it while still having fun. Stig is extremely serious where he "lets the driving do the talking"

So now we finally know who 'The Stig' is.....thanks.

I saw a good 5th gear where Tiff, on his first motorcycle trip to the track, got his knee down!!!...then binned it when it started raining.

I saw that one, good episode. I like his review of the BMW M3 the best, it's pretty funny and he shows some true driving skills.

+1 for tiff. Even Clarkson gives him props on his show.

They Stick a wing on it and give 'the stig' another chance with the Koenigsegg. He does a bit better.

The reason why he lost control of the vehicle was because lack of downforce...the vehicle should have had a wing on it to support it. Watch the episode when they have the wing on it, it's amazing.
