Mister 2 - Hawaii would be an extra $12.00 shipping.

dashiet - the STi UTEC's are not in yet, but coming in the near future. They have been on backordered for a while now. We do have the ones for the 2002-2004 WRX's available now though. The Tuner is a wideband 02/knock logger that can be used as a standalone unit or can fully integrate into the UTEC as a plug and play module. This allows you to make air fuel ratio corrections off an accurate wideband 02 sensor, not off the standard narrow band unit. In terms of tuning, no it is not difficult, though it does require a fundamental understanding of how the UTEC does what it does and why, and of course a general knowledge of turbo engine tuning. We have many customers for whom the UTEC was their first experience with engine management tuning, and have loved it for it's of use. The instruction manual that comes with it is very comprehensive, and covers all aspects of UTEC tuning. Of course we offer full tech support for any UTEC purchased through us as well, so any questions you might have are a call or email away!
