I bought mine a couple months back and I LOVE it. You really should get stiffer hangers to use when mounting this thing though, as mine does rattle on the diff at times. No... it is not possible to just get the muffler, unfortunately. It is only sold as either a full turbo-back or the cat-back system. Borla makes a good product.
