is it the size, i thought the weight considered made it oversized....i"m just worried that the brackets or something like that could rip the seats. also they should fit in a '02 wagon right???

One more question I have.. what's the deal with the RHD situation? I mean, if I bought these, technically I would be driving in the passenger seat. Is this a big deal? Is there less bolstering in the JDM passenger seat than in the jDM driver seat? Also, will it sit lower?

Yes, you would be sitting on the pass seat. No, other than the height mechanism they are the same. You should be able to transfer the rail to your WRX ones if you want the same height as your WRX otherwise the JDM ones sit a little higher.
