Overpriced for a single piece imo. You can get the two piece for 600 shipped through eBay sellers...

 

This Perrin brand downpipe costs $600-$520 on ebay.

Sorry, but it's frustrating when I have more forum experts that have an interest in flaming a newbie than actual interest in negotiation. But thanks to Bigpat, I would have to start at $300. That's not helping at all, $450 was the asking price, why would I negotiate with non-buyers.
