No plug and play. But installation is a snap. Wires will have to be stripped but not cut. Doesnt even take five minutes to wire them up.

That's what I was told when I got them. But after having them on for 4 months I was never told that they looked brighter from the other side. I have even droven headon againts my car and didnt notice any difference from other headlights.

Sorry man, I had been pretty busy. I'm also selling a CF hood and some Advan wheels, so I've had my hands full. What is that meeting that you were talking about?
