FS/FT SoCal: RacingHart CP-F Tune R

I have a set of Racing Hart CP-F Tune R 18x7.5 with Falken Azenis ST115 225/40/18, and I am wanting to trade for lightweight wheels or stock 2004 STI BBS. Prefer to have sale or trade be done locally. $1500 for the wheels and tires.

With the tires mounted on the wheels, my scale says 40lbs per wheel and tire.
