Fraud alert cancelled: Sean Eberz

I bought an Sti exhaust off eBay from seller Sean Eberz a month ago. He never sent it. Paypal froze his account and was on able to recover some of my money. I don't want to see anyone else get burned. I have a phone# for him if anyone needs it.

I called him and emailed him yesterday. Still no response.

that sucks, sorry to hear it. Was that the STI/SPT exhaust which wound up going for around 300 dollars?

Called him yesterday. We agreed that he is going to send the exhaust. He sent me tracking numbers and they checked out. I am going to delete the other posts. Thanks for everyone's help. I still can't believe the amount of support that came from this BB.

He said he left the package for someone else to mail and went away on business. When he came back, the package had not been shipped.

paypal can never recover money
even with thsoe bull**** protection guarentee extra fees

I've noticed that, too. I got ripped $950 and Paypal wouldnt even lift a finger to try and help me recover any of my money.

I received the exhaust and everything is in good shape.

Paypal is a pain if something goes wrong. Even though it may be more expensive, COD is the way to go when you are buying from someone you don't know much about.
