I need roommates, Central NJ, minutes from NYC train and Ferry
Hi all,
I have a cape cod and I'm looking to rent out the two rooms upstairs for $600 each plus split of utilities. The house has all new windows, new hardwood floors, new paint, new carpet upstairs ect.. The house is minutes from the NYC train and ferry. It is located in a very private location at the end of a dead end st in Morgan. Its off of rt 35 across the st from club abyss. HUGE property...
As for me I'm a very easy going, down to earth professional. I have a great personality and I'm really easy to get along with.
