long story short, my friend's transmission is done i think...
his reverse is now neutral, neutral is drive, drive is drive, and everything else is normal...

what is wrong, and how do i fix

 

hasan i have had that problem on a few crappy oldsmobiles... the only thingi can think of it being is the cables.... is it still driving fine besides that? does he still have all teh gears? If so, i wouldnt even fix it just deal with it.... but that is me

 

wutz up bobby, i wuz about to call u about this but i had 2 exams today so i got no time for this ****...

basically, everything works EXCEPT for reverse and neutral...
when the car is on, reverse is park and neutral is drive..
so he cant back up wen its on, but when the car is off and he throws it in reverse, it acts like a neutral and we can push the car...

you kno i dont kno anything about cars man... i cant fix this ****
