The government controlling my medical records is not going to affect my life in a negative way. I do not see it as an invasion of my privacy because there is no reason anybody would be allowed to look at my records without a valid reason. Furthermore, there is no reason why anyone would.
Wiretapping, and domestic spying are different, and I believe, more harmful.

Yes. I'm going to sound like a totalitarian son of a ***** but the health of the nation's youth should be our highest health care priority. A 90 year old should absolutely be able to live out his/her life comfortably, but the reality is if you get cancer at that age treating it is simply throwing money away. It would be much better to spend the money that would be spent on the 90 y/o's chemo on treating the leukemia of an underprivileged youth.
That being said, if the 90y/o wants to fund their own treatment, let them go right ahead and do it.
