You know, a while back I said we need mandatory IQ tests to allow one the privilege of voting. If there was any doubt in the merit of this system, I present to you CaliSuby.

Painful as it is - we must suffer people like him to have a fully free country.

Those 'IQ' tests were administered usually only to blacks and the ones that were administered to whites were unbelievably easier; in short, it was used to racially restrict voting.

that's actually my POV also. more socially moderate, fiscally conservative. except for some reason when it comes to letting the big 3 tank.

As is their freedom and right as Americans. More power to them.

I would never advocate any legislature that objectively defines liberties based upon skin color - whether or not what a majority (or in this case, vast) would or would not do.
