Wow!!! Really. This isn't serious...

Arny may be fiscally conservative, maybe. He is most certainly left of center. Arny has little to do with passing the budget. He is demanding that there be a reduction in spending. The "liberals" as they've been deemed, a refusing to let go of their ear marks and want to raise taxes to pay for them.
