They still pop-up their ugly heads now and then. Know for a fact it's still hot (occasionally) in Qalat, Deh Chopan, Deh Rawod, Tarin Kowt.
Wonder if Pat can chime in on this one? Maybe on why Joe is so ill-informed in this case?
