I thought the rear bottom does not bolt up correctly and you have to do a little modifying to the holes. some people i know have done it and said requires a little modification to fit. btw this is going from struts that belong on an RS going into a WRX wagon.
wait... arn't the struts on a wagon different than on a sedan type? why not just get some kyb agx struts?

I am told that they will not fit. I thought that the strut bottoms do not line up or something. Because from my understanding, KYB has different part numbers for all the new struts for the WRXs applications (i.e. sedan and wagon).

adamsrs, are you speaking from experience here? Have you or anyone you know personally tried? I want to be sure before I go buy used WRX struts that won't be useful to anyone if they don't fit my car.
Everyone else, thanks for your comments, though I've heard most of those ideas before. Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this and share some definitive answers when I find them.
