way uneven wear on pads.

1 my right front caliper the inside pad wore away all the way to the sqeaker, but the othere 3 pads still had atlest 1/3 of there life left, the dealer replaced them, but, they told i was supposed to take my calipers apart every 15000 and clean them out does any one do this? cause i have never heard of it. second subaru will not turn the rotars down if they warranty the pads, so if the rotars are grooved or uneven the pads will get cut and grooved. i just do not understand it, it seems kinda dumb, they give you 91 dollar brake pads, but won't cut your existing rotars that do not cost anything, i bought them in reality.

If that happened at the dealership I worked at as a wrench and service consultant we would have rebuilt that caliper at the MINIMUM...

i dont know if wrx's have floating or sliding calipers but whichever it is, it might be seized and won't slide inward.
