Remember that if you lower your car on stock struts, you MUST raise the wpring rates proportionally. If you want to do it the proper way, get custom inserts and GC sleeves done at a soft rate, like 180-200 pounds front, 150-170 rear.

On my car, Eibach pro-kit springs give a near stock ride.

35mm(1.38") Front - 20mm(0.8") Rear
252lbs/in Front - 196lbs/in Rear

I think it's a pretty nice ride. Near stock ride with less body roll. I guess they're comparable to the Pro Kits as far as ride quality, but they drop just a tad lower.
