Car Info: Stage 4+ Bugeye
Mostly on cars there are 5 specs:
Not tight enough
Snug
Tight
Super Tight
Hernia Inducing
I have found that the swaybars should be inbetween tight and supertight so they dont start clunking.
Regular grease will work, and some require a grease gun so you can inject the grease into them.
Good Luck

They are in the manual available on the web, I can not recall the specs right now. IMHO the torque is important as you do not want to break the bolt, bind the bearing or distort the sleeve. Having said that,I could not get my tourque wrench to some of the bolts so I did tighten by guess. I used white lithium waterproof bearing grease I had around. No squeeks a year later.
