KYB AGX's w/ Eibach spings or Ground Control coilovers....One of those would be a good start.
How much are you looking at spending?? A good place to look is in the Classifieds section on this board, both Private and Vendor.

Do you have anything else done to your 93? Pics?

I also own a 93 Impreza wagon, and this will be my suspension setup:
- KYB AGX adjustable gas struts (4way front, 8 way rear) > Used: $100
- SPT/Eibach Springs > Used: $120 shipped
- Cusco Rear strut Bar > New: $130 shipped (wagons have more body movement due to the opena rea in the back..hatch)
- Cusco front and rear adjustable camber plates > New: both front and rears are just under $200 shipped ($400 for both sets), up to -3 degrees of camber.
Total: $750 for a damn good setup...well when it will be installed that is, haha!!

One big thing for suspension and handling would be what tires you have on as well.

Maybe that helps a bit...who knows..
