Question Sti spring rates and lengths for track?

Just wondering what springs people are using for the track? I have the Ohlins set up with 300 length/229lbs in front and 270 length/179lbs in the rear. These are way to soft for the track. I had to raise my ride height 1 inch over stock just so The fronts would not rub on the fendell well. Any suggestions would be much apprecited. Thanks, Brian
