Hey, i have those sound on my brake too on my 05' sti and i only have 5500km on my car. I don't think is the brake pad because how could brake pad wearout in such low milage. I asked the service department about this issue and all they said is "normal" since the brembo is a large brake!??? I don't know am i suppose to believe him or not? Any pofessional opinion or comment?

If you do a search this is a common trend with the Brembos on the STI mine squealed swapped stock pads for some Project Mu squealing gone. Dosen't mean your rotors need turned or that your pads are bad but many people swap out pads and squealing goes away.

Imporper break-in??? I think break-in is just for the engine components like the piston and the cylinder. What does it have to do with the brake? I mean so far i haven't do any sudden braking. Is there different braking pattern for the Sti than other vechicles???

Yes new pads do require proper bedding or I believe they can become glazed and not grab as they should. StopTech has a good write up on their site on bedding in pads I used the info from their site to bed my pads.
