lowball, just out of curiosity, did you check into ordering softer springs for the HAs? Standard HAs are what, 7/6? My buddy moved the 6's to the front and put 5's on the rear...he loves the ride now. I think it cost him $100 or so for the new springs.

No I haven't tried that yet. From what I've been told, or currently understand, is that the coilovers are designed for specific springs and changing them to something softer could void the warrantee. I may be wrong.
The HA's are very nice. In fact when I take my high performance driving class on the 15th I'm sure I'll still have them. It will be nice to see how they actually perform on the Track. I can see that changing the springs would help with ride quality but if it voids the warrantee...that wouldn't be good. Plus they are not good for off road/rally-x type of driving as much as the STi set-up would be. Something I didn't really take into consideration when purchasing the HA's.

I know this is old but just saw it...my buddy that swapped the springs on his HAs called/emailed Tein first to make sure it was okay to do that. IIRC, they said he would need to modify the struts if he went softer than he did but that his choice was perfectly fine and would not negatively effect the struts.
