Spring rate sug. for GC8 DD/autox

I've finally gather enough funds to afford koni yellows for my 99 impreza 2.2L. I was thinking about using swift springs with koni sleeves for this setup. But now I'm torn between what length and spring rates to use. This will be my daily driver and will be using it for autox about once a month. Any help or input will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
