Here are the specs for MY02 WRX sedan. If someone with MY03 chassis manual can double-check, you'll be in good shape.

caster 3º35' common difference ±0º45',
toe-in 0±3mm (0±0.12 in.) Each toe angle: ±0º07'30" (Total toe angle: ±0º15') ]

Rear [ camber -1º30' ±0º45',
toe-in -1±2mm (-0.039±0.079 in.) Each toe-in angle: ±0º07'30" (Total toe-in angle 0º±15') ]

since I have moved to a 20 mm rear sway bar would it make sense to use the 02 turbo sedan allignment settings? (and ive put on stiffer eibach springs...)?

Here is what I would be thinking of, if I had your car and mods: Does your car have the same size wheels with the same offset as the WRX? Is the front anti-sway bar the same? Factory alignment settings for the WRX are a compromise between handling and tire wear. They lean towards conservatively benign understeering handling characteristics. Slightly more negative camber front and rear will probably be good for your car. Don't deviate from the toe-in settings, especially for the rear. Anything beyond this and you will have to seek advice from someone like an autocrosser who knows what works well on the street compared with factory settings.
