should I purge air out of struts?
Well I did my install of my swift springs on my 04 wrx wagon and it looks good but I have seen other pictures of the same car with the same springs and they look much lower. I also noticed a sort of clunking or knock noise when I go over those annoying huge speed bumps in my neighborhood from the front struts. Should I take them apart and make sure there is no air in the stuts? Do you think that will make the noise go away? What about the highth, will trapped air in stuts make it look higher than supposed to? Thanks for any help guys!

you most likely didnt tighten the top hats enough. They were probably tight enough when off of the car, but since the car pushes down on the strut, it allows the top hat to loosen a little bit...I had the same problem and thought I had blown another strut
if the noise is in the front:
-unbolt the strut upper mount and take off that cover.
-tighten the tophat nut (the inner part of the strut wont turn with the weight of the car on it)
-tadaaaa
if its in the rear:
-do the same thing to the rears
as for the height....if they are new springs it'll take a little bit of time for them to break in and settle, then the car will lower a little bit
