Rear "groan" from my suspension

Hey,

I have a Whiteline rear sway bar and STi Takeoffs. I used to get a "groan" from my suspension turned out to be the rear sway bar rubbing on the urethane bushings. The fix was to wrap the bar in teflon tape. I have to rewrap every 6000 miles or so. Well the groan came back and I rewrapped the bar but it's still groaning. Any help at all? This noise is driving me mad.

Thanks for any help!

Yes sir, but I am pretty certain it's not the bar this time - I sanded last time I replaced the tape and when I went to replace the tape this time there was no tape left.

I don't think this is the sway bar this time.
