My car seems to have a replaced rear window, I can tell by the missing "Symmetrical AWD" sticker and some glass above the back seats. I noticed that the rear defrosters dont seem to heat up. I had them turned on for a good 10-15 minutes and not even warm. The light comes on when I press the button, and the fuse under the hood was OK. Is there anything else I can check? Perhaps it isnt plugged into the new window? Or am I just SOL?

Sounds like your car may have some wiring issues

If you can, get ahold of a voltmeter and check it wherever the wires meet up to the rear defroster.
