noisy suspension

I'm not sure what or where its coming from but its deffinately the shokes or stuts or somthing with the suspension. everytime i go over bumps or railroad tracks i get this rattle or knocking sound. it started off just on big bumps but now i go down a rod with any liltle bump an it rattles. Nyone know what is going out?????????

noisey suspension

I have a 1995 legacy L Wagon and it has rattled since i bought it . The tech at Albany Subaru replaced the strut and checked out the top bearing..... Later I found out all you have to do is clean and relube your caliper pin/bushings... it seems the tolerances were not too good in my legacy. Try pressing on the brake when going over bumps.. if the rattle stops-- it needs the pin/bushing lube job.:banana:
