new shoes and rollers - need suspension option to prevent tire/fender rubbing

I'm not a wagon expert but is a 18x8" wheel (offset????) with a 225/14/18 tire a good starting point? It seemed to me that the wagon guys are rarely going with 8" wide wheels unless they are willing to run very firm springs and roll their fenders.
Where does it rub....I'm assuming the rear outer fender lip?
The SPT (or any lowering spring) will probably only worsen your issue unless they are some pretty firm spring rates (probably not family friendly).
The Koni adjustable struts are not going to adjust your suspension travel it will only have an effect on travel dampening.
Are you willing to roll your rear fenders or not?

Id like to avoid rolling anythig over (: looking at coil over option, but because of my mistake ill have to do whats best. family doesent ride in my rex much so little stiff ride wont hurt.looking to make her ride like shes on rails as much as possiable for a wagon.thanks for reply talk at you later.

His comment was correct, a stiff damper will not stop the rubing issue unless it only rubs on bumps. Spring and sways are the only thing that can prevent the high load from compressing it too far. The damper is only an issue if the car is under dampening, ie bouncy. If you run a firm spring, a good damper will be required. Konis or KYB AGX are both decent options.
You may want to look into the offset issue and see if you could avoid the rubbing by moving the wheel further in or out by looking at where it is rubbing. I decent set of coilovers would be another option so that you can fine tune your height and firmness
