I know this would work, but has anyone done it?
Putting WRX struts on an STi... WHY you ask? Well WRX's ride nicer and the struts (rear at least) don't have the squeaky noise factory defect. Would there be any adverse effects? Would this tie me over until I can get my hands on nice adjustable coil overs? Or is this a stupid idea...

I would really advise against this though, the struts should be replaced under warranty, Ive had two sets on my car that didnt squeak in the rear so not all of them have this problem, also for a bit nicer ride I would ditch the stock tires, their sidewalls are cast iron! Friend put some Pilots on and rides much better but still handles great
