Hit a huge pothole the other night....

I blew out a tire, replaced all 4 today, and now my car feels like a sponge, any ideas as to what it is? when I jerk the car to the left mainly the steering wheel feels a bit wobbly and the car does it's own thing for a second instead of being stiff and responsive

Check and make sure you didnt bend any lateral links if you hit in the rear. Check for bent anything really.
