hear "SQUEAKING" noise after installed the sway bar
Hi,
I just installed my whiteline adjustable rear sway bar 18-22, the hd mounts, and the endlinks. I set the bar to 18mm for now because is snowing a lot in Toronto these few weeks. After a few days of this set-up, I hear "squeaking" noise coming out from the back??? The noise seems to get louder, so I am wondering is this normal? I am assuming the bar hitting something under the car. PLEASE HELP!!

Nah, if you put new mounts in, it probably is just the bushings. It might go away after a while. Nothing to wory about though if that's the source of the noise. The urethane is squeaky for everybody.

It is the bushings, and, sorry to break it to you, it's probably going to get worse.
The good news is that it's not the fronts. The fronts seem to get a lot more travel (I have both front and rear Whiteline ASB's) and, therefore, much squeakier. I just call it, "The price of performance."

Hey Warren, good to see another Impala owner over here
For the endlinks, the torque values are 33 ft-lbs. Note that the Whiteline hardware (i.e. nuts/bolts) is CRAP : throw it out and reuse the (much better) stock hardware. Ask me how I know this
I'm forgetting the bushing torque specs right now, but want to say they are in the 20-30 ft-lb range as well. Hopefully someone else chimes in on this one.....

Polyurethane bushings are hard...and are going to squeak if they're not well lubricated. Find yourself some good quality marine grease and lube those puppies up. I suggest a marine grease as it's formulated to resist water contamination, and will not wash out like most automotive greases.
I put a 20mm sedan sway bar on my wagon, and picked up a new set of 20mm neoprene (rubber) bushings from Subaru. I also installed a set of Kartboy end links at the same time. The understeer that the wagon is known for is now gone, with a very slight reduction in ride quality...very slight. I've had polyurethane bushings all around on a Z-28 Camaro before, and I'll never go that route again. It's just too harsh for everyday driving in my opinion. Now, if I were setting up a car for the track, I'd go with poly bushings. But, not on a street car...

WestsideWRX, now I gotta find where I can get 22mm neoprene bushings... and ideas?

edit: I did some checking, and Whiteline says their bars come with neoprene bushings.

teflon tape sometimes helps...
I wrapped my Cusco sway bars with some teflon tape (plumbers) where it contacts the bushing and I haven't had any squeeking for a few months now.
If you use grease, you should use lithium grease.
