Lightbulb GC Aluminum control arms...worth it?

Im thinking about picking up some used ones for $450. My '02 wrx wagon has a bent front right control arm so I need to replace it. I can either replace both with these or just by a replacement oem one for the bent piece.

Would the aluminum control arms be a signifigant improvement?

lighter, stiffer, though IIRC if you're getting GC control arms there are some modifications you'll need to make to the bushings, can someone back me up on this... I think it was the GC control arms?

If its broke, upgrade it!!!
