From what I have gathered the STi pink are stiffer (200lb/in front and 185lb/in rear) that stock STi (186 ish lb/in front ... dunno rear) and they lower the car by 4/5 of an inch. This info is for the 02-03 models but should be the same for the 04 onwards ...
Hope that helps

Actually the 04 pinks are stiffer. Spring rates are 257 in the front and 217 in the rear. Stock STi spring rates are 188 and 173 respectively. They should lower your car about an inch and it will handle a lot better. I have a set on my wrx and I love them.

i also have a 04 wrx sedan and am trying to decide on springs...prodrive vs sti pinks. in yr opinion would you say the ride quality for daily driving is harsh with the pinks? were you looking for a comfortable ride close to stock?

I have the pinks on my STi. Along with the group N strut tops.

They have made great improvment on handling and ride quality.
From what I remember with the original springs. The car felt very harsh, and the whole car would shake over bumps. Not just the corner where the bump was.
Now with the pinks, and tops, the car feels more stable and the bumps are not harsh. It feels much smoother, Also the bumps feel more isolated to its corners.

If you want to keep the stock shocks, go with the pinks..
